Hearing time limits

According to Article 52 of the Regulations, the consideration of a case by the Arbitration Court begins with the issuance of the corresponding ruling and its delivery to the parties.

The period for case consideration shall not exceed three months from the date of the ruling to initiate proceedings, except in cases where, by agreement of the parties or by decision of the President of the Arbitration Court, the time limits for consideration are extended. A ruling shall be issued regarding the extension of the arbitration period.
